• ✓ You grant Social Squad a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, display, and distribute your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.
• ✓ You represent and warrant that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe upon others' rights or violate any law.

You may choose to connect your social media accounts with our Services. By doing so, you grant Social Squad permission to access and process data from your connected accounts in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not connect your social media accounts, you can manually provide post URLs or content. We will process this information solely to generate AI-powered responses for you.

• 💰 Certain features may require payment. Fees and billing cycles are as described in your plan details.
• 💸 All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable Indian law.
• 💳 Non-payment or fraudulent payment information may result in suspension of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, Social Squad will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Squad, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful conduct.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@socialsquad.ai.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through our Services or via email.
